Gosnells Hopped Mead

Inspired by juicy IPA’s with the addition of Mosaic and Amarillo hops. The mead is dry-hopped and left in the fermentation for the full duration. This extracts the floral aroma of the hops with none of the bitterness and astringency making for a drier floral finish.

Combines a rich blend of European Blossom Honey with a hit of new world hops.
