Seedlip

Seedlip is the world’s first “distilled non-alcoholic spirits”.

In the 1600’s, apothecaries were using small copper stills to make non-alcoholic herbal remedies. This was documented by John French in his seminal work “The Art of Distillation” published in 1651 Inspired, Ben Branson founded Seedlip in his kitchen, with a copper still creating a revolution in the nonalcoholic cocktail world whilst continuing his family’s 300 year farming ancestry. Botanicals are separately cold-macerated in a combination of water and a neutral grain spirit, before being individually distilled in copper stills. This removes the alcohol and concentrates each ingredient’s natural flavor. This thoughtful process takes six weeks to make one bottle of Seedlip. Seedlip is sugar, calorie and sweetener free with no artificial flavours or allergens.
