Mead is probably the world’s oldest fermented drink.
Gosnells is London’s first and only meadery. It was founded by Tom Gosnell in 2013 with a desire to modernise and revive a centuries-old brewing practice.

As London’s first dedicated mazer or mead producer, Tom discovered mead while on a road trip in the US. Fascinated by the entire process, he started home brewing before starting his own meadery. Tom employs traditional brewing methods to produce his signature style of light, crisp, sparkling mead that celebrates simplicity of mead with a modern twist and flavour.
